These Internal Rules apply to all persons participating in a training course organised by Beauty'n'Form. They define the rules:
Every person must comply with these rules throughout the entire duration of the training, including during practical work, travel, or assessments organised by the organisation.
Each trainee is required to:
In accordance with article R.6352-1, if the training takes place in an establishment with its own internal rules, the hygiene and safety rules applicable are those of that establishment.
Fire safety instructions and evacuation plans are displayed on the premises. In the event of an alarm, trainees must cease all activity and calmly follow the instructions of the safety officers or emergency services. Any fire must be reported immediately by calling 18 (landline) or 112 (mobile).
It is strictly prohibited:
During breaks, trainees may access hot (non-alcoholic) beverage stations, subject to the facilities available at the training venue.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the premises, including restrooms, in accordance with decree no. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006.
Any accident occurring during training or on the commute between home and training must be reported immediately to management. Beauty'n'Form will then carry out the necessary administrative procedures.
Training schedules are communicated in advance.
Punctuality is mandatory. Any absence or lateness must be justified.
Non-compliance with attendance requirements may result in sanctions and be reported to funding bodies (France Travail, OPCO, etc.).
Any unjustified lateness or absence constitutes a disciplinary offence.
A written justification is mandatory, and a paid make-up session will be required for any missed module.

These rules are provided to each trainee before the start of the training. Registration for the training implies unconditional acceptance of these provisions.
Appropriate and professional attire is required.
Wearing conspicuous religious, political, or trade union symbols is not permitted. Any behaviour detrimental to the smooth running of training or to the respect of equipment may result in sanctions.
Mobile phones must be switched off and put away during classes and exams, unless expressly authorised by the instructor.
Training equipment is for strictly educational use.
Any use for personal purposes is prohibited. The trainee must report any anomaly observed.
The use of photographs taken during the training is covered by a separate authorisation, requested from the trainee at the start of the session. It is freely given, answered question by question, and may be withdrawn at any time. Accepting or refusing it has no effect on the course, on its assessment, or on the issuing of the certificate.
Personal recordings are permitted subject to the trainer’s agreement.
Teaching materials provided remain the property of the organisation. They are reserved for strictly personal use and are protected by copyright law.
Beauty'n'Form declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the trainee's personal belongings.
Any breach of these rules may result in a sanction, ranging from:
Any sanction will be subject to an adversarial procedure, in compliance with articles R.6352-4 to R.6352-8 of the Labour Code.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the training organisation reserves the right to apply the following sanctions:

No person shall be subjected to sexual or moral harassment. Any behaviour of a sexual or sexist nature, any serious pressure, even if not repeated, aimed at obtaining an act of a sexual nature, is prohibited.
In accordance with article L1153-2 of the Labour Code, no discriminatory measure may be taken against a person who has suffered or reported such acts.
Beauty’n’Form trainings are open to people with disabilities. Teaching methods, materials, the pace of each day and the layout of the workstation can be adapted to meet a specific need, within the organisation’s means and, where necessary, with the support of specialist partners.
Any trainee concerned is invited to come forward before the training begins, so that the necessary adjustments can be considered and put in place in time. The approach is confidential, it has no effect on enrolment, on assessment or on the issuing of the certificate, and an alternative solution is sought with her whenever the requested adjustment exceeds the organisation’s means.

Anyone concerned by a training course, whether trainee, model or instructor, may report a difficulty encountered during the course or make a complaint, by e-mail to kristina@beautynform.com or by post to the organisation’s registered office.
A complaint is recorded as soon as it is received. A reply is given within fifteen working days of that receipt. The action taken and the closing date are entered in a register kept by the organisation, and the lessons drawn from it feed the improvement plan.
