Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) define the conditions applicable to any training order placed with the training organisation Beauty'n'Form, within the framework of continuing professional training, in accordance with articles L6313-1 et seq. of the Labour Code. Any registration for a training implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. They prevail over any other document, unless a specific written agreement is signed by both parties.

Beauty'n'Form is a training organisation specialising in aesthetics, particularly eyelash extensions, eyebrow restructuring, and related techniques. It is registered under activity declaration number [to be completed], with the regional prefect of Occitanie; this number does not constitute government approval.

Training courses are open to anyone wishing to train in the areas offered, subject to meeting the prerequisites defined for each training course (language level, minimum age, basic knowledge of aesthetics, etc.). These prerequisites are specified in the programme sheets or upon request.

Registration becomes effective after:

• Receipt of the signed registration form
• Validation of prerequisites if necessary
• Express acceptance of the quote or training agreement
• Payment of the required deposit (see article 7)

Any registration implies unconditional adherence to the internal rules and these T&Cs.

In accordance with articles L6353-1 et seq. of the Labour Code, a professional training contract (for individuals) or a training agreement (for companies or public funders) is drawn up. These documents specify in particular:

• The title of the training
• Its nature, duration, dates, programme and modalities
• The price, payment terms and conditions for postponement or cancellation
• The reciprocal obligations of the parties

Prices are expressed in euros including all taxes (VAT not applicable – art. 293 B of the CGI if the organisation is exempt). They include teaching costs, training materials, and, where applicable, equipment provided during the training. Prices are those in effect on the date of signing the agreement or contract. Preferential rates or payment facilities may be offered upon request.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or cash.

For individuals:

• A 30% deposit is required upon registration. The balance is due no later than the first day of training, unless otherwise agreed.

For companies or third-party funders:

• The invoice is payable upon receipt, and no later than 30 days.
• In the event of partial coverage by an OPCO or other body, the difference remains the responsibility of the beneficiary.

In accordance with article L6353-5 of the Labour Code, the trainee has a 10-day withdrawal period from the date of signing the training contract. Any amount paid during this period will be fully refunded.

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing (registered letter or email with acknowledgement of receipt):

• More than 15 days before: full refund of amounts paid.
• Between 15 and 7 days before: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 7 days before: no refund.

In the event of withdrawal after the start of training, the hours completed are due. No refund will be made except in justified cases of force majeure.

Beauty'n'Form reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training if:

• The minimum number of participants is not reached
• The trainer is unavailable
• In case of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.)

Trainees will be informed as soon as possible. Amounts paid will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation, or may be carried over with the client's agreement.

Upon completion of the training, a certificate of completion is issued, stating the skills acquired and the duration attended.

Training materials, documents, videos, visuals, and other educational content provided or used during training are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or distribution without written authorisation from the organisation is prohibited.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court shall be that of Toulouse.
