Presentation of the organisation

Beauty'n'Form is a training organisation specialising in aesthetics, particularly eyelash extensions, eyebrow restructuring, and related techniques. It is registered under activity declaration number 76 31 13541 31, with the regional prefect of Occitanie; this number does not constitute government approval.

Target audience and prerequisites

Training courses are open to anyone wishing to train in the areas offered, subject to meeting the prerequisites defined for each training course (language level, minimum age, basic knowledge of aesthetics, etc.). These prerequisites are specified in the programme sheets or upon request.

Registration procedures

Registration becomes effective after:

• Receipt of the signed registration form
• Validation of prerequisites if necessary
• Express acceptance of the quote or training agreement
• Payment or confirmation of funding, as set out in article 7

Any registration implies unconditional adherence to the internal rules and these T&Cs.

Joining the website's waiting list carries no commitment: it only means being told when a session opens, and it is neither a registration nor a seat reservation.

Contractual documents

In accordance with articles L6353-1 et seq. of the Labour Code, a professional training contract (for individuals) or a training agreement (for companies or public funders) is drawn up. These documents specify in particular:

• The title of the training
• Its nature, duration, dates, programme and modalities
• The price, payment terms and conditions for postponement or cancellation
• The reciprocal obligations of the parties

Pricing

Prices are expressed in euros including all taxes (VAT not applicable – art. 293 B of the CGI if the organisation is exempt). They include teaching costs, training materials, and, where applicable, equipment provided during the training. The take-home professional kit is optional and charged separately (€100 excl. VAT). Prices are those in effect on the date of signing the agreement or contract. Preferential rates or payment facilities may be offered upon request.

Payment terms

For individuals paying for themselves, payment is made online, on a secure payment page (Stripe), by bank card or in 3 to 4 fee-free instalments via our payment provider. Payment is made upon registration and confirms the place.

For France Travail, OPCO or company funding, an agreement is drawn up and the invoice is payable upon receipt, no later than 30 days; in the event of partial coverage, the difference remains the responsibility of the beneficiary.

For CPF funding, registration is completed through MonCompteFormation; the cost is covered by the Caisse des Dépôts and the beneficiary pays nothing upfront.

Withdrawal period (for individuals)

In accordance with article L6353-5 of the Labour Code, the trainee has a 10-day withdrawal period from the date of signing the training contract. Any amount paid during this period will be fully refunded.

Cancellation, postponement or withdrawal by the trainee or company

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing (registered letter or email with acknowledgement of receipt):

• More than 15 days before: full refund of amounts paid.
• Between 15 and 7 days before: 50% refund of amounts paid.
• Less than 7 days before: no refund.

In the event of withdrawal after the start of training, the hours completed are due. No refund will be made except in justified cases of force majeure.

Cancellation, postponement or withdrawal by Beauty'n'Form

Beauty'n'Form reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training if:

• The minimum number of participants is not reached
• The trainer is unavailable
• In case of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.)

Trainees will be informed as soon as possible. Amounts paid will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation, or may be carried over with the client's agreement.

Certificate of completion and professional certification

Upon completion of the training, a certificate of completion is issued, stating the skills acquired and the duration attended.

The “Eyelash Extensions” course also prepares for the certification “Réaliser un embellissement du regard par la technique de l’extension de cils”, registered in the Répertoire Spécifique of France Compétences under number RS7459 and awarded by the certifying body CO FORMATIONS, upon the decision of its jury, after the three assessments. Beauty’n’Form acts as a partner authorised to prepare the training and run the assessment, and does not itself award the certification.

Intellectual property

Training materials, documents, videos, visuals, and other educational content provided or used during training are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or distribution without written authorisation from the organisation is prohibited.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court shall be that of Toulouse.
