When people ask me why I chose Toulouse to build Beauty'n'Form, my answer is always the same: because the south-west of France deserved a serious, certified, and practice-driven eye beauty training centre. Not a one-afternoon workshop. A real professional program, built the way I wish I had found one when I was starting out.
Since 2019, I have trained over 300 students across France and Russia — career changers, qualified beauty therapists looking to specialise, and entrepreneurs who wanted to open their own studios. What they all had in common: the determination to learn eye beauty techniques properly, with solid foundations and recognised credentials.
This article explains everything you need to know about the training programs I offer in Toulouse: the techniques, the duration, the fees, the available funding options, and how to enrol.
Why Specialise in Eye Beauty?
The eyes are the first thing people notice. They are also the area that concentrates the highest demand in beauty salons today. Lash extensions, lash lift, brow restructuring, semi-permanent makeup — none of these techniques can be improvised. They have to be learned.
Unlike other beauty disciplines, eye beauty demands surgical precision, a thorough understanding of eye anatomy, and millimetre-perfect movements. Poor technique can irritate eyes, damage natural lashes, or produce lasting unsightly results. For your clients and your reputation, proper training is non-negotiable.
That is why I fought to obtain Qualiopi certification for Beauty'n'Form: to guarantee my students rigorous, audited, state-recognised training.
Eye Beauty Training Programs in Toulouse
All programs are delivered in person at my training centre at 101 avenue de Muret, 31300 Toulouse.
Lash Extensions: Classic, Russian Volume and Mega-Volume
My flagship course. Over several intensive days, you will learn:
- Client consultation and natural lash assessment
- Extension types: curls, thickness, and lengths
- Classic 1:1 technique (0.15 to 0.20 mm extensions)
- Russian volume 2D to 5D: handmade fan construction
- Mega-volume 6D to 16D: premade fan mastery
- Salon hygiene and safety protocols
- Client management and aftercare guidance
- Supervised live model practice
You leave with a complete professional kit (tweezers, loose lashes, adhesive, mannequin, lash rings) and a state-recognised competency certificate. For a deep comparison of the techniques, read my article Russian Volume vs Classic Lash Extensions.
Lash Lift
Lash lift is a permanent lash curling technique that works entirely on natural lashes — no extensions added. The result: wide-open eyes, perfectly curled lashes, a mascara effect without mascara.
The course covers:
- Perm types and chemical formulas
- Silicone rod selection based on lash morphology
- Application technique for solution and neutraliser
- Keratin tinting
- Contraindications and incident management
Brow Restructuring and Henna
Brows are back at the centre of beauty trends, and demand for trained specialists has never been higher. In this course I teach:
- Brow architecture based on facial morphology
- Millimetre-precise restructuring (waxing, threading, tweezers)
- Henna brow technique: preparation, mixing, application, and tinting
- Longevity depending on skin type
Semi-Permanent Makeup: Lips and Brows
Semi-permanent makeup, or dermopigmentation, is an advanced technique that requires rigorous training. The curriculum includes:
- Dermopigmentation machine operation
- Watercolour, ombré and microblading techniques for brows
- Watercolour technique for lips
- Colours, contrasts and pigments: selection by skin type
- Healing process and client follow-up
- French regulatory framework

Good news: none of the programs I offer require a prior beauty qualification. You can start from scratch, with no diploma, as long as you are motivated and precise.
Qualiopi: Why This Certification Matters
Earning Qualiopi certification is no small achievement. It involves a rigorous audit by a COFRAC-accredited body, verifying that the training centre meets a national quality framework across 7 criteria:
- Quality of public information
- Clarity of learning objectives
- Adaptation to learner profiles
- Adequacy of teaching methods and resources
- Trainer qualifications
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Responsiveness to learner feedback
In plain terms: Qualiopi guarantees that you are not wasting your money or your time on a rushed course. It is also the certification that unlocks eligibility for CPF, OPCO, France Travail and FAFCEA funding.
Beauty'n'Form has held Qualiopi certification since 2019, with successful renewal audits.
Funding Your Training: CPF, OPCO, FAFCEA
Almost all my programs are fully fundable through the CPF — France's personal training account — for employees, job seekers, and self-employed individuals. Program fees start at 1,300 €, including the professional kit.
For self-employed workers (micro-entrepreneurs, business owners), funding routes include FAFCEA or OPCO depending on your collective agreement. For employees switching careers, your CPF balance often covers 100% of the total cost.
I have written a full guide on this topic if you want a step-by-step walkthrough of securing your funding: Funding your beauty training with CPF.
How a Beauty'n'Form Training Works
All courses run in small groups (2 to 4 students maximum) or individually, at my training centre at 101 avenue de Muret, 31300 Toulouse.
A Typical Training Day
Each day alternates between theory and hands-on practice:
- Morning: theory sessions, mannequin demonstrations
- Afternoon: supervised live model practice with individual correction
I supply all materials: professional kit, training mannequin, skincare products, and course materials. You leave with your kit on the final day.
What You Receive at the End
- A state-recognised training completion certificate
- A competency certificate naming the specific technique learned
- Access to the Beauty'n'Form alumni network for post-training support
Who Is This Training For?
My programs welcome a wide range of profiles:
- Career changers: looking for a self-employed activity with genuine market demand
- Qualified beauty therapists: wanting to specialise in eye beauty
- Entrepreneurs: looking to expand their salon's service menu
- Complete beginners: no prior experience, but motivated and precise
The main prerequisite is not technical — it is behavioural: precision, patience, and a strong client focus. I assess this from the very first conversation.
After the Training: What Comes Next?
Here is what I observe most often among my graduates:
- Many launch their own business within 3 months of completing the course, as a sole trader or a company director
- Others join an existing salon as a specialist technician
- Some come back for advanced workshops 6 months later to level up (e.g., classic to Russian volume, then to mega-volume)
I stay available for former students after training ends: technical questions, product recommendations, business setup advice. That is the Beauty'n'Form philosophy since day one.
Frequently Asked Questions

Since 2019, I have guided more than 300 students through their eye beauty career journey. Some are now trainers themselves. What I can promise you: I never take more students than I can properly support. The quality of individual mentorship is what separates a training that actually works from one that does not.
If you are still unsure, the best thing to do is write to me directly. I answer every question before enrolment.
