"How much does it cost?" is often the first question on the phone, and it is perfectly fair. The trouble is that in Toulouse you will find lash extensions at €35 and at €150, and that gap hides very different realities.

Why such big price gaps?
A lash extension price is not just a product, it is mostly time, expertise and safety. Here is what really goes into it:
- The technique: Russian volume means building handmade fans, lash by lash. A set can take 2 to 3.5 hours, versus 1.5 to 2 hours for classic. More time, more skill, higher price.
- Experience: an experienced technician works faster, cleaner, and her result lasts longer. You also pay for consistency.
- Products: quality adhesive, premium lashes and single-use hygiene supplies cost money, and that is exactly what protects your eyes and natural lashes.
- Hygiene: sterilised or disposable tools, a compliant workspace, professional insurance. It does not show on the invoice, but it makes all the difference.
Full set vs fill: understanding the bill
Many clients unknowingly compare a "full set" (a complete new application on bare lashes) with a "fill" (maintenance of an existing set). They are two different things.
The full set is the initial application, the longest and most expensive. The fill, done every 3 to 4 weeks, replaces the extensions that shed with the natural lash cycle. The real yearly cost
The price of one set says little. What matters is the budget over the year. A Russian volume set at €120, maintained with a €55 fill every 3 weeks, comes to roughly €120 + (16 × €55), or around €1,000 a year. That is the calculation to make before you start.

Be wary of very low prices
A €35 set raises a real question: where was the saving made? Often on time (a rushed set, lashes glued together), on products (harsh adhesive), or on hygiene. The consequences can be poor retention, but also damaged natural lashes, or even a reaction or blepharitis.
A fair price is not necessarily the highest, but it must cover time, safe products and real hygiene. Always ask which products are used and look at photos of real work before booking.
What about the lash lift?
